Latest Update – 15th June 2020

Following the government’s announcement that Zoos can now open, Flamingo Land is trialling a responsible reopening to allow our valued guests the opportunity to visit the Zoo which we know many of you have missed.

For the safety of our guests and the small team of Zoo Keepers who are looking after our animals, numbers will be strictly limited and priority given to existing annual and resort pass holders. More information on visiting our Zoo can be found here.

At this time we remain unable to open our offices and customer service centre, so please be aware we are unable to respond to direct queries.

Please be assured that we are closely monitoring government advice and working tirelessly on preparations to open more of the resort as soon as it is safe and possible to do so.
